Microblading is a three-stage treatment usually carried out over two appointments. Consultation, treatment and retouch.
The first part is a thorough consultation where we will discuss in detail the look you’d like to achieve and what I might recommend for you. I will then draw on the brows with a make-up pencil; this process can be repeated as many times as is necessary until you are completely happy with how they will look.
The second part is the treatment. Microblading is a permanent cosmetics treatment carried out using a state of the art hand tool. Fine, precise hair strokes are created to mimic the natural direction and lengths of your brows and the pigment is implanted into the dermal layer of your skin. Shading can also be incorporated into your design to create a look that is perfect for you. Your brows will be around 30% darker immediately after the treatment, and will fade within a few days to reveal the desired colour. It usually takes around 2 - 3 hours and you will have beautifully designed, very realistic looking brows.
Your second appointment is the retouch treatment. This is carried out approximately six weeks after your initial treatment to add more pigment to your brows. As your skin heals, some areas may not hold the colour as well as others. This is completely normal and every client heals differently. This appointment usually takes around 1 - 2 hours.
