Please note that a non-refundable booking fee of £45 will be required to secure a permanent make-up consultation and procedure. This will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment. Should I be unable to carry out the procedure, your booking fee will be refunded. Once the booking fee for an appointment has been paid, the client agrees to the Terms and Conditions of booking as outlined in this notice.
The booking fee may be transferred to another available date providing notice is given at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled date and time. Once notice is given, the booking fee is valid for a period of 6 months from the time of the payment being made.
Appointments, including retouch appointments not attended or cancelled with less than 48 hours notice will mean loss of your booking fee. This includes rescheduling due to the client not completing all necessary forms. Please note that cancelled appointments will only be recognised with confirmation of the cancellation by email, text or facebook message. I will confirm the cancellation by the same method.
Without proof of acknowledgement for transference or cancellation of the appointment, it is not recognised as confirmed.
Prices are correct at time of going to press and are subject to change without written notice. The price quoted includes your first treatment and retouch appointment.
A patch test will need to be performed at least 24 hours before your procedure. If you do not carry out the patch test as directed on the form, the treatment cannot be carried out.
Procedures include a retouch appointment which must be carried out within 3 months of the original appointment. Your brows are healing and some areas may not retain pigment as well as others and may need more colour. This is completely normal and everyone heals differently. Any retouch appointment made after 3 months is chargeable.
Additional retouch procedures may be required depending on many factors including, but not exclusive to, skin type and condition, lifestyle, environmental factors and medication. Due to the nature of the treatment, 100% success for colour retention cannot be guaranteed. Any additional retouch procedures required may be chargeable and must be taken within 3 months of your first retouch procedure.
A colour boost procedure is recommended every 12 to 18 months of your first treatment to keep your brows looking their best. Colour boost procedures are for 1 appointment only unless otherwise stated. After 24 months, colour boost treatments may be charged at the full procedure rate.
If you do not return for all of the treatment sessions or follow pre treatment advice and correct aftercare advice as set out in the treatment plan, you accept total responsibility for the final result.
Failure to follow all written instructions, complete all necessary medical forms and documentation prior to and leading to your allocated appointment, may prevent me from carrying out the treatment on the day. This will result in postponing the treatment and covering losses charged at 25% of the treatment price.
